We make every effort to display product colours, images, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display accurately reflects the actual product. Minor variations in colour or packaging may occur.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice. We accept major payment methods including UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, and Cash on Delivery (where available).

Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Orders & Cancellations

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it can be cancelled within 12 hours by contacting us via email or WhatsApp. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled — please refer to our Refund Policy for returns.

6. Shipping

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and graphics — is the property of MiMiKo Toys & Gifts or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction or use of any content is strictly prohibited.

MiMiKo Toys & Gifts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the product(s) purchased.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
